Well-presented bedroom in a spacious 5 bed HMO flat located on West Bryson Road near Fountainbridge which is a buzzing part of the city. Napier University and the Meadows are within easy reach and the nearby areas of Tollcross and Bruntsfield are just minutes away. The local area is host to a number of shops, bars and boutiques. My plan is to move at the end of April 2016, but I am sure that we can sort our the application papers as soon as possible. The other room is empty at the moment. The block is mostly occupied by students, so it is a peaceful and laid-black flat.
