A 1980 Jaguar 25 MKII with a 9hp Volvo Inboard engine. We did a refurb on this yacht in 2012 which included: New wiring New upholstery, including the foam filling (double covered) Eberspacher diesel heater (d2) New Windows Deck fittings removed and resealed New saildrive seal and oil seals in the leg, strip and antifoul Standing rigging. New gas pipework. New dodgers. Since then, LED lighting, solar panel and controller new batteries, diesel filter and various engine maintenance, wired for mains hook-up, new radio, battery monitor. Further running rigging and standing rigging repairs and upgrades. We have sailed Windfall on Windermere for a few years now, she was first on a swing mooring and for just over a year has been in the marina. We are now looking for a bigger yacht on the sea. Shes a safe, predictable first time yacht that we have really enjoyed. She has a bilge keel so can easily be moved and is able to dry out. We have a lot of history and the owner before me had known her for many years. She has a 2010 survey. The keels were removed and professionally refurbished/refitted in 2008.
