he house is a lovely victorian 4 bedroom mid-terrace with periodic features based in the heart of Weston Super Mare. You can literally walk to the beach, pubs, train/bus station, clubs, shops and supermarkets and the Centre of town within around 10 minutes. Everything you need is located right on the doorstep of where the house is situated. Their is always something, going on in the Spring & Summer time. For instance an annual Air show, cider fest, car fest, food fest beach race, kite fest and music festivals to mention a few. Which are all mainly free advents. The house has just been re-decorated through out, it has a shared communal breakfast room, Lounge, kitchen and Bathroom. (Their is a powerful shower and bath, with great water pressure) Their is double glazing in the property, washing machine, and unlimited Wi Fi as well as the use of a wonderful thriving garden area. The house is in really good condition. For 400 pounds a month all bills are included... Their are no agency fees to pay I am a pretty laid back person, I do like to keep fit and go the gym when I have time. I try and keep healthy, one of my bad habbits is smoking roll ups. I do smoke outside and am trying to quit. I am a plumber and heating engineer as well as a general handyman and painter . I have just been travelling around the world and am looking to get back into work asap. I am looking for friendly, mature people to share the house with. I do not do any drugs and would not like to live with anybody who does in all honesty.
