This exquisite immaculate Cyprus Sundance villa is situated within a large pretty & mature lawned garden less than 100m from the sandy Argaka beach, the sea and the coast road. It has a large private swimming pool with a separate baby/splash pool. 2 villas offer heated pool, Argaka Sand has free solar heating and Argaka Beach electrical heating “Home from home” with quality furnishings, including an imported German kitchen, superior double glazed tilt and turn windows and doors throughout, and a Satellite TV and 2 film channels package. The wifi is unlimited and the connection reliable, an excellent asset. Satellite TV you can also connect to www.filmon.com and for films www.solarmovie.eu The TV screen can be used as a computer using the provided keyboard and wifi connection. You can also connect to I-Player, BBC radio online etc. The owner will demonstrate this when you arrive. The villa has a dual billiard & table tennis table
There is a selection of tavernas within easy walking distance along the flat coast road, "The villa was perfect. It has everything to offer."
The villa was big enough for 5 of us with plenty of sun and shade for those that want it. The kiddies pool is an added bonus. There are plenty of excellent tavernas within close proximity. It is away from the madding crowd but within easy reach of Polis and Latchi if you want a resort. We stayed in the villa all week - it was that perfect. The photos do not do it justice but it is exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean with lots of room and every modern convenience you could want. The kids loved the wifi and the access to the computer was an added extra. We highly recommend this villa with one word - PERFECT!! From our enquiry through to being on holiday, the service was first class, prompt, precise and professional throughout.
