8:00pm - 8:30pm - Technique - Covering the core requirements of west coast swing, focusing on a particular facet of the dance each week.
8:30pm - 8:45pm - Short Break / Freestyle
8:45pm - 9:15pm - Progressive Patterns - Extending your technique and basic patterns into variations, musicality and success for social dancing.
9:15pm - 10:30pm - Social Dancing
