I need a lifelong tenancy with a nice I am on ESA due to lifelong OCD, fibromyalgia, athritis and agoraphobia which means I need a peaceful, secure home. I also have feel the cold so need to be warm.
I am home most of the time. My hobbies include knitting, reading, artwork and cooking.
I have never been in trouble with the law and do not do drugs.
I have had a few council/housing association flats in my life and been forced to move due to bad neighbours, noisy neighbourhood children or very busy roads. The sirens keep waking me up at night. I am looking for a home for life if possible. I need space, so please don't offer me any tiny single bedroom flats or studio's please.
A small outdoor space such as a balcony or garden/yard would be a lovely bonus but not essential.
I have excellent references, am very clean and tidy, no bad habits. I usually leave a place far better than I find it, and tired of making a rundown place look beautiful only to have to leave due to neighbours from hell, or screaming kids outside my window. I just need a lucky break, or someone to take a chance of me.
