The Level 1 Online Food Safety courses are accredited by the CPD Certification Service and approved by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA). You can choose the course that meet your needs : manufacturing, catering or retail.
You will learn basic food safety and hygiene practices in your chosen setting and comply with the food handlers duties of making sure that food which is prepared, cooked, served or sold, is safe for human consumption.
