We are delighted to be performing at Ugly Duck's brand new creative space in 2017. Off Quay follows the success of Ugly Duck's work in Bermondsey and in November, this ambitious project was launched in the Docklands, and we can't wait to be one of the first to perform there with the return of our 5* production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia. Experience opera like you’ve never seen before, as we take to the stage with this incredibly fast-paced comical farce in an adaptation of this much loved score. Witness razor-sharp timing as the ever resourceful barber, Figaro, tries to help the young Count Almaviva win the hand of the beautiful Rosina, out of love rather than for his wealth. Soon the pair set about to produce many disguises for the count, and thus the farce ensues…! Rossini's famous opera buffa is brought to life by the critically acclaimed Pop-Up Opera, sung in Italian with English captions.
