Formed in 1992, the Phil Dando Big Band and Singers is a fifteen piece outfit that plays a range of music including swing, big band, jazz, Rat Pack, Latin and classic pops. The band is equally at home playing Glen Miller, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Stan Kenton as it is Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Tom Jones, Michael Bublé, and more…. Band Playlist

Over the years the band has entertained at many corporate events, supplied wedding music, played in concert in theatres and music festivals, played for ballroom dancing, dinner dances and birthday parties, park concerts, themed nights and recently featured as the Pagford Big Band for the BBC’s production of J.K. Rowling’s Casual Vacancy.

The Big Band has its’ own PA system and a fully independent lighting rig to complement the atmosphere.
