On Saturday 17 June 2017, you and your team will tackle the highest peaks in north, mid and south Wales within 15 hours to raise vital funds for TÅ· Hafan, the hospice for children in Wales. The annual event has raised more than £1,500,000 over the last 18 years. Leanne Collis from Cardiff is mum to 12-year-old Olivia who suffers from cerebral palsy, visual impairment and physical delay and was referred to TÅ· Hafan when she was just six months old. Olivia can suffer seizures daily and requires round-the-clock care. She needs medication seven times a day, is fed through a tube and has regular physiotherapy. “We simply couldn’t have coped without TÅ· Hafan.
