I am a 38 year old gentleman living in Byfleet! I require a PA/Support worker for up to 3 days a week and occasional additional hours in the evenings to help me live independently, look after myself, and undertaking some volunteering/paid work with a theatre company based in Leatherhead & my local hospital radio station. I also want to do more socialising and access the community to take up further opportunities as well as improve my personal fitness through going to the gym and swimming. I am a wheelchair user and need help at home preparing for my day, I also need support with transportation and this would include driving my adapted vehicle.
