I have a Westie called Thistle and a Scottie called Gussie who are both 8 years old and unfortunately are looking for a new home. They belonged to my sister but she recently passed away and although I love them to bits, I can't really take them on as I work full time and also am not supposed to have pets where I live. It has been a very difficult decision but I think finding a new home is the fairest option for the dogs.

I would like them to be rehomed together as they have grown up together and are very close, so would hate to think of them being separated and missing each other. Ideally it would be a home with no other pets or children and where they would have company during the day, as that is what they are used to. It may suit a retired person, someone who doesn't work or someone who works from home. Somewhere with a garden would be perfect.

Both dogs are microchipped and have been recently clipped so are looking quite smart. They just love going for walks and having interaction with people. They are both quite affectionate. Thistle can be let off his lead on walks although we keep Gussie on his lead as he is slightly more unpredictable.
