This is a 40 minute workout.
Starting with a warm up we then do 4 sets of 6 exercises. The exact format and exercises change every 5-6 weeks but currently we do 12 different exercises twice each - 6 body toning and 6 cardio. Each exercise if done for 40 seconds with a 20 second break in the first week with a slightly longer water break after 12 minutes and 18 minutes. As the weeks progress so the rest time is reduced.
If you are unable to do any of the exercises then alternatives can be given and the small class sizes mean that this is suitable for less fit or beginner.
We are able to take up to 12 people in the class and there are currently 2 spaces.
Classes cost £5 per week with a reduction for anyone attending a Pilates or Equilibrium.
