i am in the process of developing and building myself and a team in the health and fitness industry.
i am looking at getting people going to my teams free fit camps we hold every tuesday and thursdays @ bishop bell school in langney who are wanting to either gain muscle, lose body fat , increase energy levels or even just to be fitter faster stronger and healthier.
