I have a Toshiba laptop with lead for Sale that I no longer use and which has nintellegance installed on it, which was pre installed by comet when we got the laptop. Unfortunately, nintellegancendoes block some websites and to date we have been unable to uninstal the programme from the laptop and as conet are no longer trading we cannot ask them for the required code. But if you are technically minded you can re boot the whole system and just instal word and that will solve the issue..i didn't bother as had another laptop and it has just been sat un used fir the last year bit does still work so I'm selling to someone that wants a cheap laptop and will make use of!
