My name is Sonny and I’m currently in the market for a new home..... will you be my lucky new forever friend?
I am two years old and my birthday is in August (I mention it to make sure you get me a prezzie! Hee hee) I’m a short haired black and tan gsd (did I mention how handsome I am???) I am fully inoculated until November 2017, neutered and microchipped and all in all a really healthy boy!
I’m full of beans and love to play.... what 2 year old gsd doesn’t? I’m a big boy with lots of energy so you will need to know what you’re doing if you are thinking of taking me on! I’m a clever lad too so I will expect you to provide me with plenty of walks and games to keep me occupied. As I’m currently a teenager I like indulging in my favourite hobby - of pushing boundaries haha. But I am sure that if you know what you are doing you will be able to handle me....
I LOVE to play with my ball and I also love to train for treats.... I know my basic commands (proud face...) And if you keep me occupied I promise I won’t get bored and nip your bottom (not proud face haha). Hey apparently it’s a herding trait.... and I AM a Shepherd after all!
My previous owner didn’t walk me on my lead too much so I do pull a little, I'm not too bad though so it shouldn’t the too much of a problem if you take the time to train me a bit – remember those treats I mentioned before... hint hint...!
I’m quite a lucky boy because I travelled around a bit with my previous owner. This means I’m quite good at travelling in the car – you never know where it will take you! AND unusually for a gsd I’ve stayed in a few hotels... get me eh??? Haha. Because of this I had to learn to behave myself really well and can be quiet when to you tell me... or I can be noisy if you tell me to as well so I can protect you...
So my new home.... please no cats because I will chase them for you... I’m ok with other doggies and don’t mind socialising with them. I also wouldn’t mind living with another doggy companion but not one that’s too bossy though because I’m intending on being in charge haha!! Maybe a nice gentle introduction so me and any future housemate can get to know each other and I can give them a good sniff and check they smell right !!!
I promise to love and protect you. I’m a really good handsome boy and hope there is someone out there who will love me!
I’m not really used to being around small children so Cefni are worried I may be a bit boisterous around them. Maybe 9 years or over perhaps? And if they are used to big dogs then fantastic – we can have a good play!!!
