My name is Paul De-Barrie. I am the Woodwork Tutor at Padley.
I would like to form a new woodwork group, aimed at beginners but open to all ages and abilities. If you have your own hobby ideas such as bird boxes, wooden toys, clocks or hanging ornaments we will be glad to help. I can also teach you basic DIY such as putting up shelves, building flat pack furniture and changing a plug, plumbing fixes and many more.. Craftspeople or hobbyists also welcome, you can bring your own tools and materials if required. The sessions will take place on Tuesday evenings 5-8.30 pm. Thursday 9-12pm and 12.30-3pm. Other evenings may also be available.
We are holding an open day at the Development Centre at Rutland Street on Thursday 4th January 2018 between 9-6pm, please come for a look around, have a cuppa and a chat about your ideas. If you require to meet at other times then please contact me on the email above.
