1981 classic era, the super combinator came out along side the SG range. I always thought SC stood for stratocaster but no. It`s a fantastic guitar, one piece neck, alder and maple with ebony fretboard. This one has seymour duncans in for the original pups which I don`t have, hence lower price. These go for 850- 900 so 650 is a bargain considering the vintage and quality. I also have a high nut in position currently as I was using it for solely bottleneck work, can be easily replaced with standard nut, thanks for.
