- Re/Installation of Windows / Mac OSX (Any version you need, it is not a problem)
- Cleaning from Virus / Spyware / Malware. If your computer is slow we can check what is the problem, in some cases it may be worth reinstalling the Operative System
- Backup of the data when needed
- Installation of Software (Office, antivirus or anything else you need)
- Installation / Replacement of hardware parts and/or devices (hard drives, RAM, printers, webcams, internet routers etc.)
- Network installations / configurations (Internet / Wireless devices etc.)
- Servers installations / configurations (Shared environments)
- Remote support (when possible, depending on the issue / connectivity)
As mentioned I have a huge experience in the field, so nothing is really "impossible" to me ;-) I am always excited to have more work to do.
I offer a very honest price for my time:
£20 per hour
£15 for travel
I may offer you discounts if the re/installation of your computer/laptop requires more than 3 hours.
And, if you need, I am also an expert developer. I have experience in Web and Mobile Development and I am available to discuss projects.
I can also offer training to anyone who needs support in learning: from basics usage of tech to Web technology languages or backend configurations.
I used to offer private lessons to companies and elderly people so I am patient and happy to help anyone.
