We established this Company to provide our Clients with a hybrid and unique service in the Residential Sales market. Having worked in the property industry for a number of years we have personally seen the frustrations that come when marketing your property with an Estate Agent, including the high fees, the lack of communication, and forever being told "I don't deal with that you'll have to call someone else" when asking simple questions regarding our properties.
Here at Red Rooves, we understand selling a property can be a difficult time, including forms to fill in, dealing with viewings, waiting on feedback, chasing to see what is going on, dealing with solicitors, and that is where Red Rooves come in. We aim to provide you the Client with a bespoke service, offering a range of features and different pricing structures to allow you the Client to choose which elements you wish to control and what you want us to manage for you.
As you can see on our Prices and Services page, we only offer services with a fixed fee and we always state what is included in for the price (whether that be the period of marketing, the "for sale" board etc). We have heard many stories of people marketing with various agents being hit with different charges that were not fully explained at the start, but were within the terms and conditions of the Agent, all of which just added to an already stressful situation.
Our aim is to take the stress away, with our Premium service, and we will work with you at every stage. From providing you with a Free no obligation market appraisal, to visiting you to help you fill in the forms that the solicitors sends you. Our advice is part of the service, and we are always on hand for any questions or queries you may have.
Do you feel that you could manage the sale of the property yourself, but need someone to market the property for you, we also provide this service. Sign up for our self-management service, pay the fixed fee, email us your property details, pictures, EPC and any other information applicable and we will get it live within 24 hours. We will then supply you with any Brochures for the property which you have ordered, and give you advice on showing someone round your home.
If you like the look of the service an Online Agent provides but are unable to manage the viewing yourself, due to work commitments, the property being vacant, or you are unsure what to do, look no further our bespoke packages which allow you to choose an Online Bespoke service where we will manage the viewing for you.
No matter which package you choose, we will be with you every step of the way for advice. We always provide a professional, efficient and honest customer service. There will never be any hidden or extra charge items. The package you choose is the package you pay for.
