T-45 MINUTES (before your requested start time)
Our team arrives. We find the space you allocated (kitchen, meeting room, breakout area). We set up tables, tablecloths, crêpe machines, and organise all ingredients and toppings. We work quietly and discreetly so as not to disturb your team.

T-0 (your chosen start time)
Live cooking begins. Colleagues approach the station, choose their toppings, and watch their pancake made fresh. The chef engages with each guest, offering recommendations and ensuring every pancake is perfect.

T+1 HOUR or T+2 HOURS (service duration)
We continue cooking continuously. No long queues. No waiting. Guests can come back for seconds, thirds, as many as they like. Unlimited servings mean nobody leaves hungry.

T+45 MINUTES (after service ends)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR OFFICE MANAGERS

Q: How much space do you need?
A: Approximately 2 metres wide by 1 metre deep. A standard office kitchen corner or a small meeting room table works perfectly. We have set up in spaces as small as 1.5m by 1m.

Q: Do I need to provide anything?
A: Just two plug sockets and access to the space 45 minutes before your start time. We bring everything else – tables, cloths, machines, ingredients, disposables.

Q: What if my office has no kitchen or canteen?
A: No problem. We have catered in reception areas, breakout lounges, and even outdoor courtyards. We just need a flat, stable surface for the table.

Q: Can you cater for an 8am breakfast meeting?
A: Yes. We regularly cater for 8am, 8:30am and 9am starts. We arrive at 7:15am for an 8am start to set up discreetly before your team arrives.

Q: How do you handle food allergies?
A: Tell us when you book. We follow strict procedures: separate utensils, separate cooking surfaces, and we can avoid specific allergens entirely. We do not use nuts in our batters, but some toppings contain nuts – we label clearly.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before event. 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before. Less than 7 days, deposit retained (unless we can rebook the date).

Q: Do you cater for offices outside central London?
A: Yes. We cover all London postcodes, including outer London. Travel fees may apply for zones 4-6 – we will confirm when you enquire.
