All our club’s welcome children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our programmes are provided in a safe environment where all involved learn valuable skills: These include Improving balance and coordination, strengthening endurance, Learning self-discipline both within the club and in day to day life. Improving life skills, mentoring, discipline and motivation
Our clubs also incorporate the Duke of Edinburgh awards Sports Leaders Awards, and our very own Young Leaders Program, supporting each individual’s self-development.
