I have a Massive Kingsize room available now and I am looking for one person or a couple who have a mind of “Cleaning as you go” and enjoy fun, home cooking with us at weekend.
ABOUT THE PLACE
The location is East London and Post code is E6 3EZ.
The closest station is UPTON PARK which is 15-20 minutes walking from my house.
You also get bus number 104 (to Stratford station or to Manor Park station) or 376 (to Beckton station). These buses take you to UPTON PARK station within 7 minutes.
There are many local shops nearby.
If you like to go shopping, there are 3 Retail Shopping Parks.
ABOUT THE HOUSE.
There are many needed furniture for people to share: a fridge, washing machine, and kitchenware, etc.
We have a garden which benefits us a BBQ in the summer and hang your laundry in sunny day.
The house has 1 shower room (including toilet) and 1 toilet room.
ABOUT THE ROOM
This is a King-size double room and we are looking for single person or a Couple.
Please note that we do not offer to 2 guys staying in the same room.
There is double bed, big mirror, big wardrobe, table and chair.

RENT FEE
Single person => 600 per calendar month.
A Couple => 700 per calendar month.
The rent fee includes Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax and high-speed Internet.
DEPOSIT
We need one month rent in advance for deposit. This deposit against any damages that are caused by you or your missing payment.
For the Deposit, you can do 2 instalments:
1st instalment => after signing a contract, you will give us a half of deposit. You only have to pay the rent for your 1st month when you move in.
2nd instalment => when you pay rent for 2nd month, please add in the rest of deposit that you are missing.
So after 2 months, we will hold your 1 month deposit. We will return this deposit to you on the date that you move out.
CONTRACT
Our contract lasts for 3 months only, after that, if you want to stay longer and do not want to sign contract again, we are happy to do so.
RESTRICTION
PLEASE, NO PETS, NO HOUSING BENEFITS at our place.
If you are SMOKER, please DO NOT SMOKE in the house.
If you are found using weed / drugs in our house, please be aware that we end our contract immediately and you will be served 2 week notice to leave.
