Certified Personal trainer ,Yoga and Pilates teacher and football coach London!
Hello i am Arnie. I finish faculty of sport and physical education also i have certificates in Yoga and Pilates. All the certificates and university diploma you can see above. I have almost 10 years experience, and i been working as a fitness instructor for biggest cruise lines for 4 years.
Personal training is mostly outdoor, and the price per session is 30£. The most important is that i cover almost whole London and i have clients all over London. I am coming to your Park or gym.
Yoga classes are beginners level. The groups are no more than 5 people. For immediately start there is no space, but i am planning to make another group after 24th of April. The class is 7£. Paddington Recreation Ground or Queens Park ,but if the new group wish i can change location.
For Pilates i have one space available to start immediately. But also new group will start 24th of April. Sign up's are on. The class is also 7 £.
