At Tenkai Dojo in Edinburgh we study Ninpo, the martial art of the Samurai and Ninja. Ninpo is excellent for confidence, awareness, fitness, and self-defense. Beginners start with unarmed techniques and progress to the staff and sword with experience. Classes are taught in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere using centuries-old teaching techniques.
