I am looking for a 2 bed semi or detached property in quiet location, no main road, to rent on longterm basis, around 5 years possibly in the countis of Neath Port Talbot or Carmarthenshire. Condition immaterial, willing to spend a little on updating kitchen, bathroom and generally improving in return for fair rental. Largish garden and if possible offroad parking. Main priority is that I have a few rescue cats - all housetrained and neutered and need to be able to put up enclosure in garden or catproof garden so they cannot get out. They are not free and therefore no nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. I am a respectable and responsible business lady and no problem providing references, bond, upfront month's rental.
