Hello people, as I will be moving back home for the summer, I need someone to take over my contract. The room is lovely, especially for the ones who care for some space. It has a balcony, a king size bed and if you like sleep overs, another double mattress underneath that can be placed down on the floor. It also has a big comfy sofa. The room is placed downstairs with the toilet and the kitchen, the rest of the rooms are upstairs so its secluded in a way which is nice. The place has a cleaner who cleans the communal spaces every two weeks, that and the bills are included in the rent. The housemates are very nice people who are up for socializing, they are a mix of young professionals and students in their early 20s. They are all clean and respect personal space. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and enough shelves for everyone in fridges and freezer. Please do not hesitate to give me a text if you would like a viewing arranged. The contract lasts till Jan, but you can pass it onto someone else if you would like to move, as places around this area go really quickly and its cheaper than market average price for a room this.
