Take part in TÅ· Hafan’s Rainbow Run on Pendine Sands, Carmarthenshire on Saturday 17th September 2016. It’s a fun event for the whole family. A 5k colour run (or walk) on the beach, where along the route participants get showered with different colours of powder paint. It’s a fun and crazy way to spend a few hours, whilst helping a great cause! A Rainbow Run village will be set up on the day and each participant will receive a medal and goody bag.
