Daisy Birthing classes are unique and active antenatal classes suitable for any pregnant lady from 14 weeks pregnant onwards. Classes are taught in terms with each term consisting of six classes which are progressive. Each class is an hour and a half long and combines gentle yoga based movements, breathing techniques, relaxation and antenatal education all designed to help relieve any pregnancy ailments and to prepare you for a positive labour and birth. A term costs £60 and a new term will start on Sunday 5th March, 6pm at Rainford Village Hall and on Monday 6th March, 7.30pm at Selwyn Jones Sports Centre, Newton.
