Festival Concert

02 GBP

Saturday 2nd December sees the return of Flint Male Voice Choirs annual concert at The Gwynedd School Theatre in Flint.
Topping the bill this year is the fabulously talented singer songwriter Kirsty Murphy. Kirsty gigs at venues across the UK and spent the summer season attending various festivals and gaining a growing fan base. Her highlight this year (until she sings in Flint ;) was singing on stage in Trafalgar Square at Pride 2017. Kirsty sings her own songs and popular modern classics.
Also sharing the stage will be Chester Ladies Choir, a group of around 60 ladies who love to sing! They have been established as a choir since 1955 and are based in Chester, they are very much looking forward to their visit to Flintshire.

Flint Choirs Chairman Mr Eric Lambert says he absolutely thrilled to bits to have such talent on stage in Flint and the lads are all looking forward to joining forces with all the ladies for a wonderful finale.
The lads from Flint are still buzzing from their recent 1st place in the Male Voice Choir section of the prestigious Festival of Choirs under the leadership of their genius Musical Director Kevin Whitley and gifted accompanist Christopher Enston and they just cant wait to show off their trophy in the home town.

Last years annual concert was a huge success, so successful in fact that this year tickets numbers are limited and currently only available in advance from the box office 07939 205068 07939 2050...(click to reveal full phone number) (text or call) - £8 per person and includes a festive foodie treat and pay bar.
