Who can attend my classes:
Anyone above 11 years old is free to join. I have had people of all age and walks of life training under me, Students, Nurses, Teachers, Firefighters, Bouncers, Soldiers, Police constables, Care workers, Lawyers, Builders, Salesmen, Gym instructors, even Cooks and an actor haha. There is no age to stop, I once had a 78 years old lady taking my classes for a whole year and she learn a great deal so you see again, there are no limits, limits exist only in the mind. Very friendly atmosphere
Location & Costs:
I am based in Manchester near Chorlton,
So regarding the location, we have a few options:
-We can train out door, (My back yard, or there are enough parks in Manchester)
-We can get a day pass in any suitable gym and train there.
-You can choose the location that suits you the best, (I can travel anywhere within Manchester)
(PS: I have several costumers that takes their training session at their home, in their garage or at their office, it is really what suits you the best, we don't need as much space as you would think…)
First class is half price if you come to my end of Manchester
I charge £20 for an Hour session
£35 for a 2 Hours session
£50 for a 3 Hours session
